Over the last two decades I have built a reputation for working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, senior leaders and teams of some of the most successful companies in the world, enabling them to perform at their best in often challenging circumstances – supporting them to harness the power of pressure to achieve extraordinary, collaborative results.
I love what I do. I’m inspired by those I work with, whose stories and resulting impact keep stretching me and my belief that when we choose, we have infinite power and energy.
I enable leaders and high-achievers to create their future. I continue to create mine.
Other bits about me:
- I taught in two challenging Inner London Comprehensives for 13 years. I call this my accidental MBA in Self-Leadership.
- I’m obsessed with boots!
- My mother was Greek, and I feel a spiritual affinity to the country.
- I wish I’d studied a psychology degree.
- Exercise and eating healthily are vital parts of my life.
- I failed my 11+ and still feel I let my parents down.
- I LOVE dance, movement and anything with a Latin American beat.
- My favourite timeless book is ‘The Velveteen Rabbit’.
- I acquired a rare auto-immune disease last year and it’s teaching me almost as much as it’s frustrating me!
- One of my proudest achievements was forming a theatre group, aged 26, with a handful of disaffected Hackney teenagers. Having struggled to get them to commit, rehearse and even all be in the same room at the same time, they performed a show we devised at the National Theatre in the BT Young People’s Theatre Competition six months later – and won.
- I live in London with my husband, Chris. We have two children, Charlie and Matilda, who I watch with admiration as they continue to courageously forge their own creative legacies.
